Try saving as jpeg instead...in your picture software...it may be defaulting to bmp which may not be enabled here...

I'VE JUST TRIED IT WITH A "bmp" EXTENSION and it works for me.

Is your "Show image attachments and [img] code in Posts?" under your CP options set to Yes, it might be it although that shold only effect viewing , have a look .

Willow, I've looked at cris's old posts and they're JPG's also, so he must be "save as" in your picture editor software and chosing JPG in the file box.
