Maiden voyage of my winter restoration project. 16' ring / Yam 90. Very early eighties stepped version orange/black. Still got Bladerunner on side.
Ex OCR , class 3 and ski boat.

Just wondered who else is out this afternoon ?

Really good afternoon. Loads and loads of yachts. Surely all the
powerboaters were not working ? Even a few RIB's were out !

Might try a couple of basics , forgotten how much you get rattled around in a 16' boat. Did enjoy it , until i woke up this morning ! 50 litres didn't last long :aaahhh: Pity those marathon boats !
When in class II , i always used to enjoying watching the class III's scrapping
, hence why i went that way later on. Now i realise why all the Class II lot were ( prepare for reply ) shall we say older. And as they used to say !

" The older you get , the better you were "

Glad to see you out there though , hopefully a few more will join ?

We were out wakeboarding just east of Osborne bay. Think we saw you drive past heading towards cowes?

We then headed over to the holy sailor on the hamble. Cracking day and our 1st outing of the season. Hoping for lots more of the same!

Yes that was us. Osborne Bay was busy , and still only April !

We did take a ski with us , but not as brave as you , so stayed dry.

Have a good season.
