What, for video? if yes, I have a little nobby usb capture device, then I edit in Adobe premier, and save as Windows media video (.WMV)

If you mean stills from the screen (internet) I just press 'print screen' then open Photoshop, new project, control 'V' to paste it in, and hey presto.
