Given the inherant, indeed legendary seakeeping of a rib, are you planning any challenges in this vehicle, such as circumnavigating the universe naked, or similar?

I have been toying with the idea of a few epic voyages, but at the moment there a couple of things preventing it.
First problem is the weather, it's currently far too pleasent to don waterproofs and wellies, better suited to "hardboating, or should that read softboating".
But by far the biggest problem is that an "epic voyage" would probably entail nights at sea, and my mum likes me home for my tea!!
Oh well, no trumpet blowing for me!!!!

Cheap as chips! A certain greek twat reckons that all uk rib builders are making a fortune. I'm not in it for the money, only the glory, so me boats are ever so reasonably priced.
Mind you, if you have to ask how much, you probably can't afford it.
However, as your a well ard moderator, you may well qualify for a staff discount!

Mr D,
What lump ( apart from your good-self) are you sticking on the back ????
and I liked the suggestion by dirk on the rib site about getting together and having a test/ review of ribs. How about starting with your new one

yours will obviously set the standard for all other to stand and fall by.:hatchet:
maybe even put it up against the falcon 7sr with garf waiting to pick ya off.

Well thats that settled then, the Missus is voted in as boatmads technical expert and test pilot for ribs.
Afterall she has probably driven as many miles this years as anyone else on here.
Will she be influenced by the glory, bribed (RI style) to give a jolly nice write up, or tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the feckin truth ?
What will she be driving next year ? and paid for by hush money, cash for no questions asked? and will she declare her future interests to members of the forum ?

I'm up for that!!!
Mind you I'm a bit of a dunce cos I thought our test ride on the 'falcon in the skies' was quite good (at least the test driver didn't blast himself out of the boat as happened elsewhere at RIBEX )
However this is what certain people thought of my opinion (on anything)
