Cross the wash

Would anyone (oustide Hunstanton Club) be interested in maybe doing a 'Cross The Wash' race?

Its nothing official but just wondered if there were any interested parties as I know there are a few keen boats at Huns itself. Probably to be run next year.

Anyone that isnt familiar, 'The Cross The Wash' race is from Hunstanton to Skegness and back and makes some interesting skiing.

Interesting ?? like when the "Team Traction" boat missed Skeggy and was found drifting, out of fuel a few miles off Mablethorpe at 8.30 at night just as the light was fading. I bet they thought it was more than interesting

That was the same race that my brother inlaw was in, they got lost and ended up sking for 2 hours!!! then again thats the longest he has EVER skied!!! well done
