Dont know when the classes were formulated but when the old man used to go skiracing they were classes.

D class was twin rigs

C class was single large out board 150hp may have been only 140 I think because 1.3l ( I think) may have been the limit

B class was 85hp

A class were 50hp

the classes were based on cc not hp but i cant remember what they were. 85hp were 750 or 850cc i think

sorry I cant be more precise

last question as ive nearly finished the project. lol. n e one have any idea about the funding of the sport, does the bwsf put any thing towards. who pays for the races ect, where does the money go that you pay to enter the race as i no at weston we mainly rely on sponsors
