Hey Jay, how much more HP do you think I would gain having my heads cut to 34cc and adding a 1" spacer plate? On my 225PM?

MR. Rob,
I don't suggest the 1" spacer on anything BUT a horned 2.5 and or a 245 HP carbed 2.5 engine. I've seen 350 RPM increases on these engines very often...With the 34 CC ed heads you will pick up a GANG of torque on the bottom and midrange but sorry to say not much on top end....( With the same prop ) The increased torque WILL allow you to run a slightly larger pitch prop without that soft feeling on the botton and that ( the added torque to swing the taller prop ) WILL yeild bigger top end numbers though !
Good luck.....
