Cossie on ebay

I know some of you are into Cosworth's this one is mint! Standard but original, shame I would never get insured, by the time I can there will be no mint ones left, £10k+ is abit steep though!

There is a Ring 21 with a Cossie on for sale in Salcombe if anyone is interested - it's on brokerage and not too dear I think!

Try getting a quote with direct line using mum/dad/gran etc as main driver and you build up no claims as a named driver works well for me.

Its rediculous the insurance on anything if your 17-24. When i was getting quotes for various cars they wanted 1500 to insure me on 206s/306s/Saxos etc. Eventually sharing the insurance we got two of us insured on a Merc 190 for 1250 but still that is stupid money and it took days of seaching and phoning up just to get a quote. Insurance shouldnt be so expensive as it just puts people off buying it and driving without it which in turn puts the prices up again - catch 22. In america they have a rule i belive that means a company has to give you a quote no matter age/car and generally the insurance is much much cheaper even on cars that over here you wouldnt be quoted on.

That is insane! Im 17 and it £800 for me added to my mums policy on a 2.0 Pug 406 and £850 added to my dads policy on a Mazda B series 2.5 litre 4x4.

Not sure if i get a no claims build up though, hopefully I will on one of the policies, if not might be worth moving to one where i do.

I think only direct line does additional driver no claims, but maybe wrong. You do get driver experience on most policies in the future tho which helps a bit.

Is that on your own? If so what part of country and town or city. You try getting 2 19yr olds on a 2.6 merc in london for that price.... you wont!

Hi Taz, is the Cossie road legal or is it a track day car? Do you have any pictures?
