That's Hamhaugh Island

I was born on that Island, in the house circled.

Cat, were you looking at Terry Tappins D class? 'Miss Behaving'

Another pal of mine has 'Quilp' also a D class at Shepperton.

I was John not to buy at the time as it wasnt for sale just out of interest.
We had a little boat on bell weir lock and often saw it whilst pottering around.
I get the feeling he is no longer with us,my friend spoke to him he said he was a bit of a character. Its unusual as most were Double diag not carvel.
hope the waters are subsiding.

Indeed, he died I think last year (2011, or maybe early 2012). Here he is at his Weybridge yard back in 2005, I was giving my Mum & Dad a little trip down memory lane in a dinghy and snapped the shot.
Part of the furniture in the area since the beginning of time was Terry.

Dunno about the current flooding, we moved from Hamhaugh Island in 1979.
