I came home today and was checking my emails. Amongst them was the usual one fro friends reunited saying that someone had joined the list from my old school (well after I left the place, as usual) so I just disregarded it.
I then thought 'Well, let's have a look anyway' so clicked on the link. Sure enough, it was no-one I knew. Anyway, while I was there I thought I'd search for a few people, as you do, and I typed in some names of my old girlfriends.
I found my VERY FIRST girlfriend! She's married now (Quelle surprise) and has a daughter. I then read further and discovered that she's having her 40th birthday party
IN THE PUB I GO TO WITH MY FOLKS and it's
TOMORROW NIGHT!!
I really have to go to that, don't I?
Wonder if she'll recognize me?
I should walk up to her and say 'Sorry - forgot my keys. I think I left them on your hall table. In 1986!'
