Gasping for breath

Just spent an hour jogging, running, walking and stretching with my personal trainer.

All great fun and must be doing me some good coz I ache all over now, and quite educational. I now know that this isn't just for hanging me dressing gown on!

Wow! What a coincidence! I've been working out and building up a sweat with my personal trainers today too!! Yes I did say trainers (plural). They've had me running up and down the stairs, sashaying round every room and even clambering in and out of the bath!

You want their names? Dyson and Mr Muscle.
