The shocking thing is it looks like the insurance companies are masterminding it by encouraging people to make personal injury claims - as per a phone call Tony received a couple of days ago.

I've now had 2 phone calls, a letter and a text message, plus the promise of a courtesy call in a couple of weeks time, just in case I develop any neck or back pains, have trouble sleeping, or have to take time off work!
