was hydraulic failure on a truck cab that was tilted up and he was working on, it came crashing down and he was trapped for nearly 3 hours!
right hand side of his face is paralised where it has been squashed up against engine
marks under his chin and on face where jubelee clips were
split head open loads of stitches, probably going to have to have a skin graft.
Still in hospital now.
if he was anywhere else under cab he would have died
had police escort with ambulance to hospital
if it hadn't of been for the quick thinking of his work collegues he would have been dead!
they rammed a hiab through the windows of the truck and lifted the weight off his head but it wasnt powerful enough to break the cab lock. bent the chassis of the truck though
tried lifting it up with the spec lift of another truck too but bent that as well!
