I need help!

Nothing to do with boats but then again it has as without my emails everything grinds to a stop.

In my Outlook Express folder I am getting this message which is stopping me sending emails. I can receive but can't send.

System Administrator.
553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

Can anyone help?

Check your EMail setup and make sure the option 'outgoing server requires authentication' is checked. Had a look on the internet and this seems to fix the problem for others who like you the problem just seems to appear.
