i was thinking about this way but wasnt a 100% sure about the law.
It does drive fine but i have only been a short distance in it. im jubious about the 200 miles because its been stood for 6 months so he tells me.... probably more like a year, ive had a few yank rv's and the do tend to have issues with brakes binding, last thing i need is to be stuck on the m5 hard shouder not being able to move and not quite legal..... i broke down on the way to the river trent ski race with my 30ft georgie boy with the boat on a year or so ago..... cost me £1800 to get home. hence why im a litte jubious

Cheers nic. I have a guy with a wreaker going to pick it up. I'm guessing with wat he has described to me it's a artic cab with a speck lift on the back ???? I recon must be the ones you see pulling artic lorrys buses etc. I have to go with him as I suppose I'll have to remove the prop or ave shafts. Prop I think will be the easiest.
Ill let you know how it goes.....

I think mine had the handbrake on the prop so remember the Park or handbrake won't work without the prop on,but best to remove prop for a long tow, also watch out for the overhang bottoming out on a spec lift

You still need an MOT when using Trade Plates,a lot of people think it covers it but it doesn't,it only really covers no tax the car still needs to be road legal
