luxury hotels in south

Can anyone recommend any excellent hotels in the new forest/south coast area ?
Wanted to stay at the Limewood Hotel but it is full the weekend we want to go away.

Rhinefield is very nice.

the Spa at Careys Manor is good but the hotel is bad unless you get one of the rooms in the house (above reception)

Lainston House near Winchester is lovely but not cheap!

Actually spent part of my honeymoon in Rhinefield House Hotel near Brockenhurst - very good

it was a few years back and used to owned by Richard Branson - if still under same managament worth a try..
