Ouch!!!

Just reached into the draw to get a spoon out to eat my chocy pudding thing. What I ended up with however was a wood splinter under the corner of my thumb nail. There was about 1mm of it sticking out so I got some tweezers and pulled it out. When I measered it with my tape measure the feckin thing was 17mm long. I'm currently typing this one handed with my right thumb in a bowl of diluted liquid Savlon.
