Have read old 79mph claim, across Sarasota Bay could be possible due to 8knot current, would be alot slower on GPS going other way!!

True, but more like 15 knot tide, even with the alcohol And lets not even start with the 6 foot seas!

I saw 72 m.p.h. going past Lancaster services on the M6 .... however this was not independently recorded by the RYA, nor was it substantiated by a g.p.s. reading and guinness didn't want to know because it wasn't a two way average.

I was at littlehampton, saw the Blue and white Chaudron, Jan Falkowski was driving it, with a good looking blond girl and 2 other guys, one with a shaved head & the other tall, balding & over weight. Jan was definitely doing 50+mph a couple of times.
Definetely over 30mph, on a couple of occasions he was going faster than the race boats.

Cauldron?? Working in a supermarket in the holidays I know that they make organic foods like tofu. I haven't got anything against tofu but it just isn't the real thing! Bit like the Chaudrons really, not the real thing, its on a similar line to buying a fake tag heur and saying its better than the genuine article!

Wavejumper ... fake tags have ' TAG ' written on them because they are supposed to be confused with, you know, the real thing. Try as I might I can not find the word ' Phantom ' written on my boat.

Also, if your fake Tag has 'heur' written on it, I suggest you take it back to the market you bought it from and ask them to sell you another ' e '

It wasn't always the case the previous web site it WAS called a Phantom. That site has now gone and been replaced by the current one which claims it's a home grown Malta Boat

about the only surving link of the Chaudron claim is here

Ignore the Manos bit..............................
But the question was valid
