police chase

Ive just had the misfortune to be involved in a stolen vehicle chase involving the police and a stolen transit van, the stolen van driver didn't like my parking so rammed me out of the way caving the rear of my van in, he then went on to ram loads of cars on his joyride through lancashire into north yorkshire where the police managed to catch him.
I now have a van with several thousand £'s of damage and the prospect of losing my no claims bonus.

Hopefully, by the time Leroy's finished with him in the shower every night, nicking cars won't seem such a good idea!

"Pick the soap up 'Honky!'" ....not again Leroy, it still hurts from last night!

Our Nissan Navaro pick up had some slight damage - wing mirror, wheel and light bodywork damage the other night in a similar circumstance - is there any way of getting any money out of anyone or is it a waste of time?

According to the police the guy who owned the stolen van is liable for the damage caused to all vehicles, His insurance company wont be happy paying for damage to 20 vehicles, mine has just been wrote off so thats 10k to start with.

Another reason to buy a disk lock! How unfair can life be sometimes!
Some people in this life just need a damn good beating!
