road toll

does all this talk of road tolling and the like mean the petrol for my boat is going to get cheaper.???

The Government are W**KERS! By the time they have finished I will have to pull my boat to the slip by hand! it already costs me about £90 a trip to weymouth and back from brum in petrol.

Thanks for that gArf. Yeh getting as far away from brum as possible is nice! Weymouth is a nice place, you can launch and recover at all states of tide, no hazards, the slip is wide enough for 2 boats to be launched and is in tip top condition with a decent trailer park and loads of cheap parking in multi story which is less then 100yrds from the slip! plenty of pubs in the harbour, nice totty and you can moore your boat up for a couple of hours and have a wonder then come back to it.

I LOVE WEYMOUTH!

No you get jet ski's in the bay but once you have shot past them a few times and they get the picture that they should of gone for a sports boat and not a PWC then they piss off back to where they came from!

i like weymouth too, had a few good boating weekends there!

must piss the inmates off in the floating prison when all they can see out of their window is us playing on the water

I stopped the night once at the lugger inn it cicerell, decent pub.
We'll have to meet up down there, cain the boats and get pisht on the night. could be a good place for a poker run.
