i found this being advertised about three years ago when i spent mostof my time in 6th form surfing the internet instead of doing ADVANCED IT *yawn*lol

anyway- there are some videos of it on the net somewhere and by the look of it, it dont fly, it kinda hovers and flaps about a bit, then lands agen. didnt look too good for straight and level! lmao

Yeh, there's some footage of it on their site. Long way to go in the development, but looks pretty cool.

long way to go - they've been developing it since the 60's according to one of the q's on ebay!

At Farnborough airshow they showed the X-Hawk, which is an actual existing 'air car' that carries cargo and/or people. It is like a Bell Jetranger, but with no big whirly things..

Yeh, but if you look at the site you'll see they've been developing the concept, not the car, since the 60's.
