I bet he'll be in touch one day...I'm sure I'd react well if a customer had a pop at me on a public forum

Hardly a pop!
More a gentle push .... in a frusrtrated attempt/hope of a reply.
I think the simple point here is;
Perhaps said party should have replied in the first place.

Hmmmmmm......Question!
Do you also ignore your customers communications, once you've had there hard earned cash then?

Not a good advert or customer policy in my book!

Have a good day!

Tony, Could you give me a call, your number doesn't ring & you've blocked me on facebook, just wanting the faulty pump replaced and parts owed returned,
Many thanks.

Ross.

Latest one problem from Tony - The battery you sold me under the pretense of having a 4 year warranty is faulty and after speaking to Odyssey directly as you ignore all calls and messages it has become apparent it has, or rather had a 2 year warranty.
As my contract of sale is with you I will expect a replacement battery from you the same or similar spec to the Odyssey PC1200 Original purchase price 176.50.

Also we are still awaiting the replacement pump for the faulty on you supplied which was returned last month.

Also still waiting for the replacement cowling latch which you broke & our two oil tanks you are in possession.

Still heard absolutely nothing from you Tony, nor have you replaced the faulty parts you supplied, replaced the part you broke or our parts you don't own but are holding possession of.

Maybe Tony can enlighten us as Gareth doesn't know anything about this post or want any involvement in this issue

That's a bit mean Loz, I was being pretty civil with this.
Its not as if I've shared the rigging work that Tony's done.

Still waiting so the return of our parts Tony.

I also need a replacement battery as the one you supplied under the pretence of having a 4 year warranty had failed and odyssey have told me its not under warranty with then after 2 years.

Still waiting Tony, still waiting.

Not for me to make that decision Barry!

I think it's a case of those of us that know, know, and those that don't can probably guess!
