Which 4X4?
I had a ride in a VW Toureg the other day and was impressed by how much car you get for the money if you go for a 3-4 year old one - are they crap (I was thinking of a V10 diesel), or would a Cayenne or BMW be better or is there something else worth considering? The problem I have is that with the addition of a dog and getting married in the spring my current fleet only gives me a choice of taking the wife or the dog, not both!
ps anyone fancy a rare Holden pickup?

It's on an 03 plate, got an upgrade on the engine up to 400 hp, auto, metallic black with a hard top over the bed, awesome alarm with remote start, Kenwood stereo that has bluetooth phone, GPS navigation with speed cameras, reverse camera and you can plug your Ipod into it as well! Red leather seats all in good condition will be sold with full MOT and valeted - £11,000.
By the way the puppy had her second injections last Friday, so we're going to the beach next weekend!

What age one would you recommend and which model? What sort of price are 3-4 year old ones going for?

That holden is really nice. Not monstrously quick, I guess it's fairly heavy and cookee drives like a girl , but a really nice mix between car comfort/ride & pickup utilitarianism.

The Aussie race series always used to be fun to watch on the sports channel, loads of wipe outs and they were pretty dam quick with those thumping great chevy V8 engines based on the Corvette units

Clarkson say's it's between Volvo xc90 d5, t6 or on your case v8 or a discovery, well having an 08 v6 diesel disco for a month whilst my truck was being repaired I'd have a v8 xc 90. P.S. I raced one coming back from morzine last year in a volvo t5 and it kept up with unitl about 134 mph ....... whatever you get john your not gonna be happy with it......

The Current shape came out on 55 plate onwards, this was a new model not a facelift and really brought them up to date,I still liked the old models but they were getting a bit long in the tooth. My brother has just bought one and although he originally was looking at a 1-2 year old model a new one stacked up better on finance. Our current stock is on www.sytner.co.uk these are retail vehicles our trade ones are either sold on our trade auction site or sold via Britich Car Auctions, happy to help in any way-Nic

You need to change your profile to your new boat or has someone stolen your parking place at Drivers as there is a lovely big shiny boat under a cover parked there now?
To answer the question here def not a Range Rover Sport only 1000kg towing rating on anywhere not public highway as my mate found out, 07 plate fecked chassis no warranty cover,

That's not going to be a problem for me!
Ok - I think I've got the message now - not a Range Rover of any sort!
