BUT, what size drill bit do I use to drill the four holes - smaller than 4.5m

Doh ... mebbe a 4.0 or a 3.5 ( that would be smaller)

Although he could always go for a 5.0 or 5.5 and "Helicoil"

How do you reckon a 15ft Ring and a 70HP Tohatsu will go, I belive most of them are fitted with 60HP big foots 50HP Hondas or 40HP Jonnyrudes...........
