Don't see why they should be a problem as long as the helmet you're covering complies with regs, then a cover to make it orange should be okay. Unless there is some fire hazard issues?

Just my opinion, for what its worth.

well the orange ones are being out ruled, so i think thell say the red ones are to dull eitherits ski racing im having to work around
as the ball park has seemed to change on roofs nitros and others
would the reds be acceptable in ocr??

As far as i know, the 'helmet skinz' cant be used because it you were to get thrown out the boat, the cover could come off from the force of the water and then its not an orange helmet
