ive looked everywhere and cant find (as i know there is one)
the specific size of the numers and background you need
probobly being ignorant as usual and its right under my nose

For 3c and general offshore it is:

No advertizing within 500mm
Number must be 30 degrees from vertical or less
On a curved surface the height must be 300mm measures vertically

50mm letter thickness
130mm between letters
230mm wide letters
300mm high letters
