Anyone know if the new F3 rules are out yet regarding boat weight etc? I know about the engines but was told you could not have a lightweight boat ie:kevlar

rules for uk are for engines only and we are trying to get europe to adopt the any 150hp but so far they have not had a meeting,so uk any 150hp engine as it is or was boxed,so if it did not come with an offshore leg it cannot have one!or any other none standard items, europe at moment is optimax 150hp only(hope to change that).as for boats the only rule is min 18ft and of course max 21ft(?bernico 21`s!!)if you want kevlar no problems, hope this is clear enough any questions please post them, the racing committe will try and answer them!!

As I understand it, Kevlar is ok in the UK, but not in Europe

There are discounts for juniors dauphines etc and and if you only want to do 2 races ,but i was speaking about the main raceing entry`s because thats our bread and butter as such and they are the ones that give us the money which allows us to run the races,as i said if you are a licence holder your info pack will be with in approx 10 days.

I dont understand where all this cheating chat is coming from??????? With at least five of this years venues being known for rough or unpredictable water, i dont think a bent 150 is going to be much of an advantage over a straight one. It's going to be good racing with a lot of new faces around. Can only be good for our sport!!!!!!!!
