Isn't that "rear entry"? If so not a Cougar, and certainly not a 2006, more like an 86.

Yes your right Tony, Designed by Peter Burkett who worked at Cougars and built by Malcolm Cole in his workshop in Poole 1986 to 1989.

Two different boats. The one currently for sale was Ray McEnhill's Birkett/Cole 'Private Entry' and as of 1989 had Bonner/Jaguar power I believe. Tony Hamilton owned it in 2006 and planned to race it in the Cowes P1 race. At that point it had been painted red, had Lambo power and was called 'Dog Gone Again.' It was sold to its current owner, the German plastic surgeon at the conclusion of the event.

Tony's earlier 'Dog Gone' was a Bertram 38 Competiton also powered by Lamborghini. It was yellow in 94 and 95 and was re-painted red for the 96 season if memory serves.
