gina campbells agfa bluebird p25
So after seeing Gina Campbell on the news last night marking the anniversary of her dads death, I was telling my missus about her racing Agfa bluebird which was a phantom 25, I showed her a few pics of it off the net, it made me wonder what steve baker thought when gina Campbell first called him to ask him to build her a race boat, bet he was well chuffed / honoured obviously, any one know ? few pics I found, love the model tunnell

I think you're right re two P25's . I think someone on here from Poole had the second one and the first belonged to someone up north who used to be on here quite a bit , can't remember their names.

I think its just the tunnel at Filching, I go there working with K3 & not seen any P25's, unless they are in a shed I've not been in.

Both boats are there.
I am trying to trace the history of the Burgess and work out at what point it went from Evinrude to Mercury 3.4 EFI (which is what is on it now)

You are correct, they are at the moment trying to resurrect one of them, twin XR2's?

Hi All, I bought the boat through Ste Hutch in about 2008, I renamed her Ne Panique Pas, French for don't panic. I had a 225 yamaha on the back, I sold the hull and trailer to Dennis Dowdy who then sold the hull only to someone in Colne, Lancashire. Have no idea where it is now.

Agfa Bluebird
I know where it is now, it’s in my shed!!
I have Agfa bluebird 1, the dark blue one. Built for the UKOBA racing and the one she did round Britain race in and apparently the one they won championship with in 86. According to her race engineer Doug mine was the one they regretted selling as it was better than the Kevlar version and very forgiving. It’s been to guernsey wales and Lancashire since then and is currently looking worse for wear! But she will be back in the water sometime in the future.

Has anyone any pics of it as ‘go guernsey’ or ‘don’t panic’? ( excuse me not using the French lingo!)
