Miss WD40

On the London to Monte Carlo there was a Red Bertram Miss WD40, What was it before - Red Tornado?

Never knew the answer at the time and would like to know for some oddball reason.

Trawling through the fish files,I have it logged down as being ex-Boss O Nova (W.Wishnick).1969.I think it may also have raced in 1970.

I have lots of wonderful memories of the London To Monte Carlo Race and one of them is Miss WD40 with Dr Trost and his lovely wife, on one leg when racing side by side on a flat sea and Miss WD40 suddenly stoped, he had hit a basking shark and it got stuck on the drives, so the lovely Mrs Trost had to push the shark off the drives with a boat hook, so like HTS we weren't very fast, "put a shark in the way of your competitors," and we won the leg. !!!!
