2012 Charity announced!

The GPA is proud to announce our support of the MC Cancer Fund for the 2012 racing season.
MC Cancer Fund is a charity set up by Martin Colligan from Jersey. Martin would previously have been found at the helm of his Honda/P1 150 race boat 'Team Fox' but was sadly diagnosed with advanced cancer in November last year.
The fund was set up to assist Martin and others like him with their day to day fight against cancer.
Aged just 42 and with a family to support, I'm sure any of us can relate to Martin's Plight and will join me in doing all we can to assist this great cause.

As a part of this, we are hoping to have Martin's boat join us for at least one of the races this year. At the recent driver's meeting, we managed to raise funds to pay for the race entry for this boat and I would like to personally thank all of those who gave generously for this. There's still a little left to pay, so if you'd like to donate towards this, please get in touch with me.

Aside from collecting at races as usual, we will be holding a social evening with a very special raffle to assist fundraising. This will feature prizes such as a training day with Neil Holmes and VIP days at P1 races, so be sure to join us for these great opportunities!

All the best,

Larby
