Pretty certain that is a Ross and if so I never did ask him what it was based on, sort of knocked around in the mid to late 80's had a bit of flex in it though, he did I believe an earlier one and then a later one

he advertised it in Dave's powerboat mag which incarnation of the mag though I'm not sure the boat was featured with his misses on-board, in later years he has purchased or ran those Animal ribs that are ripped off a Revenger and featured them at the boat show in Soufamton some years back that was on again this weekend, perhaps Ross was their today

PS ... I will say when I knew him he was a real nice guy

I dunno if I'd go crazzy on the HP probably not bad around 50mph and as it's made it this far it cant have been all bad ...

However Ross did say to me once ... dam can't tell you how much I've learnt over the years since the 80's about layups and boat building

I had one once with the lower deck, nice boat but was heavy.
Depends what you want to do really, get rid of the B&Q doors though for gods sake
