Advice please

Hello All

I have looked and followed these forums for considerable time i now find myself needing advice on a delicate subject, in short i believe that my hull has been reproduced into a further mould tool and a boat supplied from this, i cannot believe that in this world we live in, it could so blatently be done, what should i do?

It is a 7.5m purpose designed fast RIb, i have built seven of them todate most with high powered diesels, guess i misunderstood the ethics of subcontractors!!!

The law states that if the copy is 10% different it cannot be deemed as original, i have and taken legal adivce, with a contractor who has little to sue for hardly seems worth the cost of lawyers to get a nil result.

domino are you not concerned about safety problems with the copy of your boat as you know there is a thread on ribnet about a ferryman rib breaking in st ives ,ferryman being a copy of a rapier/revenger
