Get hold of an industrial polishing kit and decent soap. To be honest it takes alot of hard work to keep ali polished once you done it. Looks good though

chrome polish or metal polish it is in tubes works well but as soon as you put them back in the water it will stain straight away!

you can keep your shine for years if you heat it up just too hot to handle and polish it with a spray on silicone lubricant.

That is after you have buffed it up to a shine in the first place

A tub of Autosol and mutton cloth, if its bad you can us wet & dry with very fine paper then wire wool with autosol lightly to then finish be hand with autosol on mutton cloth and you can us car polish to finish it. Thou your be at it each time you take the boat out of the water.
There some marine polish with autosol here.
