Thanks TD had come across this site before but had not watched any of the races so did that today ...

got to say love them beak boats or hate them they are in it to win it and the P1 boat looks small and weedy compared to the others but seems to run just as well or better even when the conditions have kicked up flying true and level maybe that's down to the team not the boat but they do what they do, think JF said something about the race boat needing allot of attention due to damage sustained racing but is this more than any of the other race boat makes and is the race boat built a different way and from different materials from the run of the mill poker run boat anyone?

Have always liked the 30' Phantom Vee lite class, would make a good basic boat with it's 90mph capability from a single 525Hp Merc and they look quite good in the rough too

The open plan 29' Advantage x flight boat may be ideal for partying on the lakes but I wonder if this cross bred mono/cat design has any mileage in it for a catish style offshore race boat

i really like the phantom 30 and the 40 as well they look very solid. am suprised no one modified one for rb08
