A few of my mates thought of me when they heard this news and have called me. Needless to say it was not me and my thoughts go to him and his family.

I cannot understand how a boat `skipper` would allow someone to climb aboard their boat with the motor running, let alone in gear as well.

Very sad.

I feel almost as sorry for the skipper, as for the victim. imagine how he's gonna feel for the rest of his life!

It's really rather easy to think it's clicked into neautral, when it aint, done it myself. (not with a person in the water mind you)

lesson to learn for everyone, motor OFF when anyones in the water nearby.
