Anyone know this boat

We were clearing out an old property for refurbishment and came across a leather bound photgraph album that a previous owner had left behind.

The album contains original photographs of M.Y. Camero whic appears to have been launched in 1968. It includes photos of the launch, and colour photographs of the original interior.

A long shot I know, but I wondered if anybody knows the whereabouts of this boat, and or its current owner. I am sure they would want this photograph album, and it would be nice to put the album and boat together again.

Also I wondered if anybody knows the make of boat just as a matter of interest.

I think it was called Jolina, owned by a guy in the rag trade...........had a raven haired daughter. Kept on the Hamble with most week-ends in Yarmouth.. Great friend with the late Stan Norman and Norman Ramsayer.
Correct it was built by Souter in 67/68? and they called the class Jolina too, I think it was at London Boat Show too.
She was for sale recently..............Beautiful boat

The name of this boat is actually "CAMARO". The photo Album has the name and year embossed in gold on the front. This is verified by the photos inside, in one you can read the name on the side of the boat.

Sounds like you are pretty positive its a Souter though.

Thanks.

Hi.

Sorry for the (very) old thread resurrection.

If MB1 (Or anyone who knows MB1!) could contact me regarding this photo album it would be much appreciated. I think my father-in-law owns this boat now.

Kind Regards
