P21 is too small and too slow.

As JF says too small can only run an XR2 & will put you at the back of the pack. That said a 23 would work with a 200XS, will still trail but you would have a boat that could have a social function. One of Adam's new hulls?

Is it just 100% race use?

As I said in the PM where abouts are you, get to a race & have a look around you dont need to jump in with 2 feet quite so soon.
