Thumbs up Behind the Cameras" LIVE Broadcasting of Offshore Racing

Here is a little something I thought people should see.

I got up early Sunday morning and found my way to the TV Production Camp.

This will give some insight to just how big of a deal it was to make LIVE Broadcasting happen.

I wanted nothing more than to recognize these people behind the scenes that were making Offshore History.

Every one of them was very helpful with allowing me access to their playground...

Enjoy the Slideshow:

Live Broadcasting "Behind the Cameras"

I put the photos in a sequence that shows how the footage is captured then brought through each piece of equipment.
Such as from the cameras via the antennas to the to the receiving trailer which then processes the signals and sort of multiplexes all of the devices and sends it over to the second trailer through the sound room, editing and recording then finally pushes the signal out via satellite.
Really amazing stuff. I only wish I had the time to be there when everything was in motion LIVE.

It's not your eyes....

No worries.

I am getting ready to load my photos soon...

I have been trying to get them all organized by Class and Teams.

Not an easy task with over 2000 images...

I wouldn't be so sure Sharky! TD now has a set of bins that look like the glass outta the end of my Nikon 80-200 f2.8!!
Unless his monitor is on the other side of the room, he has no idea if it's a monitor, a TV, or a microwave!!
