Paul those pipe are for vacum baging. You are doing this to have better bonding area between glass fiber and baltek core.

Russ boat is certified up to 200hp (CE) this one will have 250 hp but I can build it for 2x300 hp but without CE certificate. Regarding price I will send you PM later just have to recalculate it. You want bare hull or hull with floor, fuel tank, interior, hydraulic steering etc. ?

Alan its density is 160kg per cubic meter. Not cheep but very light :-)
Estimated weight?? Hope to get somewhere around 360-380 kg

I have send lower unit case to Bob's Machine and they send it back to me with nose cone. You can do it by your self but I don't know how
