Boat ID request - worth restoring?

Hi all,

I'm painfully new to all this, but it's a dream of mine to one day own a speedboat.

There's a place I've been regularly visiting where there are some abandoned boats. One of which is this mysterious vessel...

It's badged up as a Shakespeare and there are BMW stickers all over it. It's frankly in terrible condition and looks to have been left to the mercy of the tides for a good decade now.

Before I start down the route of identifying the owner (hence why I've blanked out all the registration numbers) - is this worth restoring? Is it of interest? Is it even possible to restore a boat that is this far gone?
