Dan, whats the basic racing like down in Plymouth?
As far as OCR, the nearest basic last year was in Teignmouth, I took the boat along but had a very bad day on the staurday so never took it in the basic on Sunday. I think I`m right in saying that only 1 boat turned for up the basic so the need for baisc racers seems to be there (IMO).

There used to be a better version of that vid in the video's section on this site.

I believe that boat snapped like that as it had been badly damaged/weekened in a previous stuff and then repaired.

OK---- who's up for a poker run/ race as they say with the gumball etc. and remember this it is a rally and no (rules will be broken) from Littlehampton next year. Being in the trade just an idea I'm toying with ( self promotion and all that) there are the facilities here, a few people whom if asked nicely might help and a regatta, council not involved any more( yeha), money to do it a problem but either by it's self or linked in with the powerboat racing could have all the help and support that is needed. What is needed support from boatmaders and I'll start the ball rolling.
IF YOUR INTERESTED LET IT BE KNOWN
fcuk might have to start anothere thread anddo some work.
