CE Certified and importing to Germany Help?

Hi all,

I currently have my boat up for sale and have a buyer interested in Germany.

The potential buyer advises that he requires CE documentation as the boat is built 2002 and they are quite strict about that sorta thing over there.
Understandably the buyer is not confident to proceed if not 100% sure he can actually get the boat in and use it without this coming back to bite him.

Mike Ring has confirmed the boat is CE Certified Cat C however I have no documentation to show this.

My questions are these,

1) What paperwork should I have to show that it is CE Certified?

2) Has anyone imported a boat to Germany needing CE Certification and did you have any problems doing so ?

Thanks.

Mat.
