If you look the three outer motors on either side have wing plates for the side ram hydraulic steering. Surely only the outer engine on each side would need a wing plate and all the inner ones would be tied to these and to each other, just as the inner most two motors are. I reckon its actually a quad outboard set up and someone has just copied and pasted the outer motor on each side twice.
