Cigarette

Does anyone from Guernsey remember the cigarette powerboat that was beside the tennis court by L'ancresse golf club? It must be 6 or 8 years since i last saw it there but it would be interesting to know where it went and if its still about?

Yeah I'm pretty sure the lancresse one is now pengellys, it's a 30ft bullet.

There was indeed one in the corner of sunsport, big old ex racer, belonged to a friend of Mickey Phillips (old sunsport owner & ex racer) I believe. Called Havoc II or something? That dissapeared when Matt (new sunsport owner) was having a clearout, around the same time the guys from Malta were over buying anything marine related, including the original cougar cub moulds the b*stards.

Hmm stick with the P20 mate, think the Cig would be a bugger getting in and out of your drive.....

Peng doesnt want that much for it Paul, he has recently bought a house and seems to be more interested in his fishing and pots than fast boats anymore, if he wants to go out in something fast im sure he will just use Hutchys new toy

Hutchy has bought a Aqua Rush 23 i think he said, has a 250 HO to go on it. Should be a nice boat when its finished.

The Cig is awesome, been out in some serious sea in it and you never feel in any danger what so ever. Good looking boat too, its pretty tidy for the age of it and i dont think the boat has many hours in total as Alan Crowe use to own it and he didnt use it that often.

He has the Man In Blacks old Ballistic rib in black with the twin 250 rudes on it, id have loved that thing.

I'm sure Fuller will correct me but I think that used to belong to a lovely chap named Alan Crowe. It used to be kept at merlin/Southampton.
