no website.....although many moons ago, i seem to remember ther being a front page:

16 & redecked 18 - Clive Jones of CJ marine in charlton london.

20/21/23 - Bryn or Tony @ Trio Mouldings southapmton. thats where my one was made and also carly baby had transom replaced prior to selling his.

28 - god knows?

also you've got raffsore in belgium whom build somethin that is atleast dimensionally similar to a 28.

AND chaudron boats (have a website) that do copies of the 21ft and above!!!

trios have a 23 moulded that would be great with twin cossie 3.4

90mph@4200rpm

is that fact or opinion? this picture, which is still on the website, is (and i'm pretty sure I'm correct) the boat i went to buy, its the last 18 built by steve baker as a method of instructing CJ marine how to build one.......i just didnt offer enough money.

the only newer re-decked 18ft boat i've seen didnt look half as nice or well finished

of course this is all just IMHO

Phantom Boats LTD are no longer trading. The Holding page on the website www.phantomboats.co.uk is something I put up for Steve just for contact details in the last year or so of trading, but the contact details are no longer used.

As Mr Chaos says, Clive Jones now builds the 16 and 18 under the name 'Phantom uk'.

And the 20, 21, & 23 are built by Trio mouldings in Southampton, but I don't know what they badge the boats as.

The 25 & 28 moulds went to southern Europe somewhere, and I wouldn't know how to get hold of the owners.

If you want a Phantom 19 PM me and I'll give you the details for Nick Barsch who owns the moulds, although the lead time is a little long at the moment!

K9 - just out of interest what makes you say that they are better than the old ones? It must be from a construction view as I believe the hull remains the same? Not sure how a different deck can make a boat go faster either?

They were called 'Scorpio Sorcerers' from when they first came to market in the 60's.

A Scorpion is a RIB
