Looks to me like a mk1 (droop snoop) Phantom 16. very early 70's. Steves first production boat model.

Either that or subtracted the trailer measurement from hitch to lighting board !

Yes,

If you go to collect goods or such and you think there will be a breach of the peace, you can request that the Police accompany you.

In this instance there will definately be a breach of the peace, so to prevent that from occurring, you take them with you. The phsycological effect is good.
