I would have thought so, the owner of the site (Our Leader) could have been construed as being complicit in the deformation of character should an action have been bought, there was a recent case in America along the same lines..

I can see your (and Chaos') point Jon, fair enough. The last thing i want to do is help him sell anything!
I'm going to go down the route of trading standards. I'll speak to who i need to speak to and give Dan an email to give him one last chance to sort the matter between us. Should he choose to do nothing then i'll get trading standards, tax and anything else i can onto him to investigate the matter. Even if they can't get him, it should make his life hell for a while.
If anyone knows his email, I'd appreciate a PM to save some hassle.
