not that much room for a big gps on the drivers side depending on gauges but plenty on the navs side,depending if you trust the other person,or out on your own

I'm with Carl on a side cleat, maybe not quite so cool but it's easy to come alongside and drop a rope over a pontoon cleat to hold the boat while you organise proper warps n fenders. Especially convenient if you're on your own. A pop-up cleat shouldn't offend the bling cred too much.

Do you have some specs on the headers like runner lenght and diameter,
what diameter tails you gonna use .

The headers are very important to get good hp out of these engines but if I see how youre building the hunton I think U have did some R&D .
