Finally on the water!

Part one of my rebuild is now complete - just the entire inside to re-fit by next Spring.

I am running 2 x new GM 5.7 V8s on DP290 legs which are reaching max rpm (4,600) before the second chokes have opened, I have loads of throttle left to go. Doing about 45mph at this point.

I couldn't find any markings on the props but they had been re-painted so I guess they will need to be stripped to locate, but anyone know where the stamp should be? My next problem is in trying out new sizes before buying them - does any company do a 'try before you buy' service, or does anyone have 2 pairs of Type B props for sale?
